at Artiva Nails and Co. we believe your appointment should feel like time set aside for you - not something you squeeze into a busy day.
Because we are a smaller specialized studio with limited seating, our scheduling process is intentionally thoughtful. we take time to understand what your needs are so that we reserve the appropriate amount of time, pair you with the right artist, and create an experience that feels relaxed rather than rushed.
TELL US WHAT YOU NEED
When requesting an appointment, please provide as much detail as possible about the service(s) that you are interested in, your current nails, and specific scheduling needs. This helps us determine the best service for you and the appropriate time needed.
WE REVIEW YOUR REQUEST
For new guests, we ask that you complete our new client form. Please remember that we are a smaller salon and Heather reviews each request individually. Please allow 48hrs (excluding weekends and holidays) for a response.
Heather does not always have the capacity in her schedule to take new guests, so if you are new to our salon, you will most likely be scheduled with our Resident Nail Artist. Heather is always happy to answer questions, assist during your consultation and also make recommendations for other nail salons or artists if we are unable to accommodate your request!
WE RESERVE INTENTIONAL TIME FOR YOU
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and your service. At Artiva, we don’t rush through appointments or overbook our staff. Service times are intentionally designed to allow for thorough, detailed care.
COME READY TO RELAX
When you arrive, your artist will take time to understand your preferences, assess your nails, and discuss your service before getting started. Whether you are here for natural nail care, a restorative pedicure, or detailed nail art, our goal is for you to feel cared for from beginning to end.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Because our studio is small, appointments are limited and tend to fill in advance. We recommend planning ahead whenever possible, especially if you have specific dates or times in mind.
If you have specific scheduling needs, please provide those dates and times when submitting your request. We will always do our best to accommodate.
We also ask that you arrive no more than 5-10 minutes early so we can respect the appointment before yours. Also, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service will need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Lastly, because your appointment is reserved especially for you, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations. Please review our full salon policies before scheduling.

Heather is a Colorado Springs native who has been a licensed Nail Technician since 2009 & licensed Esthetician since 2011. Heather is passionate about both Nail and Skin care and continues to keep up with current trends and practices by attending annual classes hosted by some of the best in the industry.
She is certified in CND Shellac, Dazzle Dry, Electric File safety and use, Advanced Cuticle Care, Dry Pedicuring, Advanced Massage Techniques for Pedicuring, Infection Control, and much more.
In 2018, she completed Certified Master Pedicure training with the North American School of Podology.
Heather currently specializes in natural nail services, hybrid-style wellness pedicures, Dazzle Dry and CND Shellac Manicures. She is a natural artist and enjoys creating dimensional designs and is a master at creating the perfect ombre. Her clients boast about her attention to detail that “provides the perfect manicure and pedicure every time!” She also enjoys sharing her many years of experience by mentoring the next generation of nail professionals and has created an environment to fully support these up and coming artists within Artiva Nails and Co.
When not pampering clients, Heather enjoys watching her son play sports, hiking, gardening, crafting & spending time with family, friends, and her very spoiled King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Lily, who can often be found tucked away in her stylish bed at the salon!

Nail Services
Manicure
Resident Artist $40 Expert $55
A precision-focused manicure designed to refine, nourish, and beautifully maintain your natural nails.

This water-less service begins with detailed nail shaping and advanced dry cuticle care allowing for gentle yet precise exfoliation and removal of non-living tissue without soaking or over softening the skin. After product application, enjoy a relaxing hand and arm massage.
Duration for the entire service can vary between 30 - 120 minutes depending on product application.
Please choose from the following product offerings:
Nail Polish - included in the cost of manicure, lasts 5-7 days
Dazzle Dry - additional $15 - hypoallergenic and non-toxic, dries in 5 minutes without the use of LED lights, lasts 10-14 days
CND Shellac - additional $25 - high quality, breathable and lightweight gel polish, instantly dry w/ LED light, lasts 14-21 days
Longevity of retention of product is ultimately individual and dependent on lifestyle and recommended aftercare.

These options are designed to add strength and support to your natural nails without adding additional length. Applied as a thin overlay to the natural nail, each option provides a varying level of reinforcement while maintaining a natural appearance. Strengthening options are available exclusively when paired with CND Shellac.
Genré - additional $15. This option is comparable to “dip” but a much thinner application, yet just as strong & durable. Can be applied 1-2 layers, easy removal.
CND Plexigel - additional $20. This option is comparable to “builder gel” but is considered a semi-hard gel that provides strength / architecture to natural nail. Flexible & durable, can be applied in 1-2 layers.
Pedicure

A modern results-focused pedicure designed to elevate the health and appearance of your feet.

Dry for precision. Wet for relaxation. Every step intentional.
Our signature hybrid pedicure begins with advanced dry techniques for precise nail and cuticle care and callus refinement.
Once the precision work is complete, you’ll transition into an intentional warm soak designed to relax and lightly soften the skin.
From there, indulge in luxurious sugar scrub exfoliation, nourishing mask with hot towels, and relaxing lower leg and foot massage. Your experience is then finished with a polish of your choice.
Dazzle Dry additional $15
CND Shellac additional $25
Duration approximately 90-120 minutes.

Simply maintenance that includes a warm soak, shortening of the toenails and basic cuticle cleanup, polish not included. Duration, approximately 30 minutes.

Expert $120
Customized wellness service is performed by a certified master pedicurist. Includes a thorough consultation to address your foot concerns. This pedicure is customized and focused on your individual needs and typically combined with the benefits of our signature pedicure. Duration approximately 90-120 minutes.
Your wellness pedicure will be handled with care by our Certified Master Pedicurist, Heather. She is one of few nail professionals which currently hold such credentials within the state of Colorado. Heather takes her skill seriously, and will work with you very carefully to determine your needs and how to best serve you.
What to expect during a wellness pedicure:
• A comprehensive consultation and evaluation to identify concerns, conditions, and any irregularities of the lower legs, feet and nails.
• A customized advanced pedicure procedure according to your individual needs.
• A recommendation for at-home foot care maintenance and follow-up guidance.

The wellness pedicure may be ideal for those with diabetes or health issues affecting the lower extremities. Arthritis, lingering injuries, and other challenges should not be a deterrent or barrier to finding the right love of pampering and care from an informed pedicurist. Specifically formulated for toenail reconstruction. Made from nano silver which is naturally antibacterial and anti-fungal. Flexible and long lasting (lasts approx. 45 washes).
Cost and time duration for application dependent on individual needs. This service cannot be combined with full signature hybrid pedicure because best results are achieved when this service is completed fully dry.
